What you'll be doing?

  • Manage and expand relationships with institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and insurance companies;
  • Develop new Financial Technology products in response to market needs and financial innovations;
  • Lead product development and iteration processes in partnership with Algorithm and IT Team;
  • Understand, synthesize, and develop marketing plans for the firm's systematic investment strategies;
  • Represent the firm in various capacities, including at large public events and in front of investors;
  • Participate in the firm's overseas expansion projects.

We're looking for...

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business or related field;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English; command of Cantonese is preferred but not required;
  • 2-3 years work experience in a front-office role at a top-tier financial institution, management consulting, or technology firm;
  • Overseas study background and working experience abroad will be given priority;
  • Be capable of conducting presentations and speeches independently, have a strong ability to learn quickly and possess excellent stress tolerance;
  • Outstanding reasoning and analytical capabilities;
  • Understanding of predictive techniques based on statistics and of basic stochastic processes; Understanding of systematic asset allocation models, including mean-variance and risk parity models;
  • Strong interests in Financial Technology and asset management industry;
  • Willingness to travel, including to Mainland China and overseas;

  • Passionate in Fin-tech field.
