Senior Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior management on a set of business requirements and translate them into the product roadmap and requirement
  • Lead the product development cycle to ship features and experiences that successfully deliver business needs and user values
  • Create product plans, roadmaps, product requirement document (PRD)
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and provide user journeys and process flows
  • Manage backlogs and coordinate with IT development to ensure features/releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Optimize funnel, conversions; run A/B tests on various growth metrics
  • Identify key benefits and opportunities at the product level to help sales/marketing teams to drive customer adoption and increase revenue
  • Track key product metrics for continuous product improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above; majoring in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or Investment related disciplines
  • years or above work experience in product development
  • Knowledge on investment products and stock trading is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum framework
  • Experience in mockup and project management tools such as Figma, Jira
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as product manager
