Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the company's ILAS strategy and performance.
• Assess existing assets and capabilities to identify opportunities for leverage and repurposing.
• Identify and evaluate potential growth directions within the ILAS sector.
• Prioritize and assess the size of each growth opportunity.
• Clearly define and present the top options for pursuing growth.
• Reframe and redefine the overall growth strategy based on findings and recommendations.
• Develop a detailed go-to-market plan specifically tailored for Aqumon.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Strategic Review Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of ILAS (Individual Life Annuity Sales) and the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in creating clear and concise roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Familiarity with Aqumon or similar financial platforms would be an advantage.
