AQUMON has launched a currency exchange function in the APP!

 

How to use it?

Click "Exchange" on the "Me" page to enter "Currency Exchange" page:

1. Enter amount: Input the amount of HKD/USD/CNY you would like to exchange
2. Trading Password: Input your 6-digit trading password to conduct the transaction
3. Confirm Transaction: You will be notified once your transaction has been successfully executed

 

How long does it take?
(for reference only, please refer to the actual completion date.)

Currency exchange instructions submitted on Hong Kong trading days from 09:00 to 17:00 will generally be processed on the same day. Instructions submitted in other time periods will be executed within the next trading day.

 

If your exchange amount exceeds USD 50,000 or other currency equivalents, it will be processed manually and may take more time.

 

If the instruction could not be successfully executed within the estimated time due to unexpected factors, it will be postponed to the next trading day.
