Written by AQUMON Team on 2020-06-08

As a young fintech company, AQUMON consists of a young, lovely team with passion. This time, we interviewed interns working at AQUMON to see where they come from and what they do.

Business Development Team

Within the AQUMON business development team, there are Product team, Wealth Management team, and Institutional Client Group.

The work of product team interns includes analyzing data(summarizing business data, competitive product analysis, customer feedback report, etc.) and interacting with other departments (pre-research, user experience design, prototyping, interaction, interface development with IT team).

The Wealth Management team primarily engages with individual users, and internship work includes product operations (featuring improvements, offers), investment education (Blogs, social platform posts), and collaboration with other companies with online, offline events.

The Institutional Client Group interns follow up on the needs of institutional clients according to different business lines, including meeting preparation (product introduction, landing plan, client follow-up) and data updates (weekly, monthly reports).

The happiest moment at AQUMON:

The colleagues at AQUMON, especially those in the Wealth Management and Institutional Client Group, are quite humorous and can often keep me laughing all afternoon!

What have you achieved so far:

In addition to learning more about the FinTech industry, different financial products and especially ETFs, AQUMON's vibrant, energetic and progressive culture has been very impressive to me. Things like having dinner with Wenqi to talk about our mutual idols, having dinner with Alex and Summer to talk about games, etc! For example, watching our handsome bosses play basketball at the Shenzhen basketball game and then eating hot pot with everyone after the basketball game!

What have you learned so far:

My internship at AQUMON is about to enter its fifth month and time flies by! The greatest reward was getting to know so many wonderful people! I really learned a lot of product skills, writing requirements & documents, drawing prototypes, etc., even though I still have a lot of shortcomings. Every time I listened to a meeting in silence, it felt like a catharsis, everyone was super professional, logical, had so many ideas, and there was so much to learn from each person! I Felt good working with everyone, and thank you for being so accommodating to me and understanding me! Of course, apart from the product side of things, there is also the weekly financial market summary and some work in marketing has also helped me to improve myself in all aspects, internship at AQUMON can really makes me feel like moving forward and it’s unforgettable!
